Peak Gas Generator Systems will improve laboratory safety and reduce or eliminate the costs and labor involved in changing cylinders. These Gas Generator Systems produce greater stability and repeatability, eliminating cylinder to cylinder variations, and allow you to run your instruments 24 hours a day with safety and confidence.

They are available with or without internal air supply (where applicable), have 1/4" output fittings (hydrogen has 1/8" fittings), and are available in either 110V and 220V systems. High purity systems are available for GC applications where purity and consistent output are critical; high output systems are available for LC/MS and other industrial applications. Peak High Purity Nitrogen Generators (NG Series) use highly efficient Carbon Molecular Sieve adsorbent to produce a continuous supply of ultra high purity (UHP) nitrogen. As compressed air is fed across the molecular sieve bed, oxygen, moisture, hydrocarbons and other trace gases are trapped while the UHP nitrogen flows freely to the outlet port. Uninterrupted flow is assured due to the self-regenerating, maintenance free Carbon Molecular Sieve. All purities at 99.9995%. Maximum output pressure is 80psi. Outlet port is 1/4". Pressure dew point is -70°C/-100°F.

The Peak High Output Nitrogen Generators (NM Series) use hollow fiber membrane technology to efficiently separate nitrogen from other gases in air to produce a continuous high flow supply of high purity nitrogen for use in LC/MS systems using either APCi or ESi modes. The Peak Nitrogen Generators are easy to use, install in minutes, come with a built-in filtration system and with or without the built-in air compressor.

Nitrogen output up to 32 liters per minute with built-in oil-free air compressor (higher volumes are available but require external air sources). Maximum output pressure is 100psi. Outlet port is 1/4". Pressure dew point is -70°C/-94°F.

Recommended and used with:
Applied Biosystems/MDS Sciex, Finnigan/Thermoquest, LECO, Micromass, Waters, H-P/Agilent & Shimadzu LC/MS systems.

HYDROGEN GENERATORS - PH SERIES More Information

The PH Series Hydrogen Generators are the ideal alternative dangerous and expensive gas cylinders in your laboratory. The Peak Scientific Hydrogen Gas Generator Range is designed for completely safe operation and provides an uninterrupted supply of Hydrogen of 200, 300 or 600cc per minute.

Use the Peak Hydrogen Generator for your GC's FID flame source, carrier gas, or your HALL detector's reaction gas. All purities at 99.9995%. Adjustable delivery pressure 0 - 100psi. Outlet port is 1/8". Pressure dew point is -70°C/-100°F.

ZERO-AIR GENERATORS - ZA SERIES More Information

The ZA Series Air Generators produce high purity zero air (CH4 < 0.1ppm) and produces gas equivalent to UHP zero air cylinders at a fraction of the cost. Outlet hydrocarbon concentration (as methane) is < 0.1ppm. Maximum inlet pressure is 125psi. Start-up time for minimum hydrocarbon levels is 30 minutes. Output flow rates of 1500cc/min up to 30,000cc/min. are available.
