i-FLOW High Volume Hydrogen Generators – up to 9.9L/min at 99.99999% purity
The F-DGSI high flow i-FLOW-HYDROGEN STATION is able to generate up to 10 L/min Hydrogen with purity better than 99.9999% and pressures up to 16 bar (232 psi). The i-FLOW-H2 STATION 10L (3 modules of 3.3 L/min) includes the new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. The innovative gas drying system with automatic regeneration ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, and is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day.The on-board processor constantly controls the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all unit functions.
Hydrogen Sensors for added working environment safety
All F-DGSI Hydrogen Generators come with internal leak sensors that automatically shut down the generator in the case of an internal system leak. Now you can have added peace of mind with F-DGSI HYDROGEN SENSORS for your GC oven or working environment. The F-DGSI Hydrogen sensors continuously monitor the amount of hydrogen present in the working environment or GC oven and will block the hydrogen generation if it detects an amount greater than the safety threshold.

Alize High Purity Nitrogen Generators
The F-DGSI ALIZE HIGH PURITY NITROGEN GAS GENERATORS are some of best designed PSA Nitrogen Gas Generators available. Utilizing the reliable and efficient PSA technique of separating Nitrogen and Oxygen is used to produce high quality Nitrogen at various flows and purities. The Generator is controlled using the latest in HMI touch screen technology to display the process in real time, inlet/outlet pressures and oxygen level (optional). Configurations with or without a built-in air compressor are available.
F-DGSI’s ULTRA ZERO AIR GENERATORS are some of the most efficient hydrocarbon-free air purifier systems for laboratory use. Available with flow rates up to 50L/min. PSA technology is utilized to remove water vapor and heated catalyst technology to remove THC including methane to less than 0.05 ppm. This Ultra Zero Air station includes a built-in air compressor. The Generator is controlled using the latest in HMI touch screen technology to display the process in real time.
Maestro and Stream Series Nitrogen Generators for LC/MS
On-site high volume nitrogen generation with the MAESTRO AND STREAM SERIES replaces traditional gas sources such as cylinders, dewars, or bulk gas supply which incur on-going delivery, administrative and rental costs, all of which impact on business revenue or facility budgets. The MAESTRO SERIES is designed primarily for LC-MS applications. It is a self-contained system featuring integrated compressors that deliver laboratory-grade nitrogen at various pressures and flow rates as required by a large spectrum of LC-MS instruments available on the market. The STREAM SERIES are silent-running compressor-free systems for laboratories with an in-house supply of clean, dry air for LC-MS instruments including Agilent, Bruker, Perkin Elmer, Shimadzu, Thermo and Waters.
Both Series deliver nitrogen at a wide range of flow rates including models to satisfy more demanding applications such as multiple LC-MS or other laboratory applications such as sample evaporation and glove boxes. The larger TORNADO SERIES yield higher N2 flow rates if needed when several LC/MS systems are in the same lab.
